Silktouching
You cannot silktouch naturally generated spawners.
If you or someone else has placed a spawner, that spawner(s) can then be silk touched to be picked up.
Changing a Spawner Type
To change the entity within a spawner, you need to
right-clicka mob spawn egg on it.
Obtaining Mob Eggs and Spawners
Spawners can be obtained through
/vshop,existing crates.Mob Eggs can be obtained through
existing cratesanddaily bonuses.
Entity Stacking
Mobs from spawners can stack up to 128.
Entity AI
Mobs from spawners have no AI to reduce server lag.
